sir/madam i have purchased online byjus course for NEET and i have been told that there will be refund upto ** days but now i am trying to cancel the subscription as i am not going to repeat fot NEET as i contact the helpline i have been told that you will be getting call from senior manager but i havent got any calls i have been trying the same procedure for the past ** days.It makes me so frustrated,so i choose to take my problem to the online platform
