on **th march **** I booked a flight from bangalore to hydrabad (air asia) and due to covid ** flight got cancle. i applied for a refund to happy easy go.
and now its been almost * years they still didnt give me refund back. the airline company had initiated the refund to the Happy Easy Go.
I called happy easy go customer care more then *** timed and everytime they fooled me saying that they will process refund within * days and its been * years still they did not refunded a single rupee. Please help me.
