Nobroker - Refund Scam by NoBroker

I paid *****rs to NoBroker as advance to a house. The owner said the very next day the house is not available. I asked NoBroker to refund my amount. They said they will not as I rejected the house. In fact, I didn’t reject, the owner did, the owner hasn’t received my money nor Nobroker has refunded me. The money lies with Nobroker. Their reasoning is that because I rejected the house they will not refund me the money. I know what they are trying to do, they are trying to say I rejected so they can’t refund me. But in reality the owner rejected. My question is if I reject or the owner rejects isn’t it the same? What gives Nobroker the right to steal my money? Please help me to get my hard earned money back from these scammers.
