Axisbank - Refund Rs

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Credit Card

The issue that I have experienced was: Credit Card ****************

Interest and charges charged during the moratorium period and lock down period

Lock down in india resulted every indian suffering with business lossess and also suffering with job lost and salary cuts

Even I lost my business income trying to overcome business losses and trying to update all pending dues intime and updated all pending dues intime

After completion moratorium period Generated for six months lupsum Dues of card Rs *,**,***.** due dated **.**.****

Due to business income lost converted the balance of Rs *,**,***.** into EMI and paid to Rs **,*** remaining balance- total card dues updated and also regularly updated sep and oct and nov dues also

(Moratoirum period Govt of india waived interest and charges)

Below mentioned charges charged during the moratorium period which waived by Govt of india

Axis bank without processing refund misusing Govt of india funds and bank customers benefits and funds

Axis bank also not considering good relationship with bank and covid ** issues

Without Misusing bank customers benefits considering Covid issues and good relationship with bank process the refund Rs *****.**

There is also option available to bank refund charges and interest as service Gesture

Axis bank not considering all of above options and not processing Refund Rs **,***.**
