I have booked a bus from jalandhar to delhi for passenger miss sophia sarangal for travel date **-*-** sunday. While booking the payment got debited from bank account but the booking was failed. Kindly refund me the booking amount as the ticket booking has failed. Now I had already dropped mail on **-*-** at *:** pm and I have also tried to connect to Whatsapp chat support and tried to contact their customer support number +** ***** ***** but still there is no response of any sort from their end.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
