Urgent Resolution Required for Refund.Complaint Details: I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behaviour I have experienced with WhiteHat Jr. I had started Debit card EMI option for my daughter s coding classes from Jun'**. And from Aug'** their teachers have stopped taking classes due to non payment of their dues, I want this so called loan amount to be given back to me so that I can foreclose it and get monthly EMI stopped from my bank account. Please refund the loan amount to me which white hat Jr would have received from HDFC bank on my behalf so that I can foreclose the loan ASAP.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
