GTPL BROADBAND PVT LTD Varanasi - refund requested as GTPL is not able to provide agreed services

I am using GTPL from last one year, from beginning the connection is not stable below are some of points:
*. if you file complain of connection breakdown their customer care create a complain ticket and assure to resolve within ** hours for any technical issues but if you follow up their answer will be to wait for n number of days. there are ***+ incidents they are unable to resolve connection in given deadline.
*. Every time a VVIP visit in Varanasi, **% changes are that their connection will be down as Municipal people will cut their wires, this is the condition of their fragile infrastructure.
*. Every second day there are incident they excuse that breakdown happened because of wire cut by kite string :(
*. Requested for invoice of bill with they took *months of time to provide gst bill after multiple follow-ups and reminders.

After seeing these numbers of problems finally decided to change the broadband as it is getting frequently disconnecting while con calls are impacting my office work.

I am asked GTPL to close my connection refund the remaining days of plan if you are not able to provide a stable connection which was communicated while selling the plan.
They are replying positively for the refund.
