Our concern is regarding service and product are not provided as it was committed.
It was committed by one of GTPL Varanasi sales person to provide dual band router for our new connection, we already have his whatapp chat for the reference.
Now since we are continuously calling to customer care, each ticket is being closed remotely without contacting us. Since then GTPL Varanasi sales person and
Installation persons both are not picking up the phone. So , We want GTPL Varanasi to either provide services as committed or cancel the service and refund.
We wanted GTPL Varanasi SLA as well but it was never provided. If GTPL Varanasi is unable to full fill his commitment and in case of no solution we will be bound to bring this cheating like offence to
