Act Fibernet Corp - Refund request

I have taken the connection Mar-**** for starting of * months Corporate plan, from there I am using the Act Fiber internet for a year.
I raised the "Address change request" in Feb-**** & it is perfectly reconnected to my new address on * to * working days, So I can able to use it with out any interruption.
Same after couple of months that is *-Sep-**** I raised the "Address change request" FTR**************
There was a response after * days, Service person came and installed but the connection not done due to BOX unavailability.
After adding * days I got the call from the ACT fiber net to buy Own Box for sum of Rs****/- (I agreed for that too to buy) & from there * days gone no response & saying port issue and not able to provide the box as well on the said time that is * whole week.
So I raised the disconnection request on **nd-Sep (SR**************) after struggling * weeks that is ** days without using the Internet connection.
I believed & had a pride on using the Act Fiber internet on the last transition I faced a bad experience & that affects my work and my children Online classes as well.
Is that anything went wrong from my side as Customer please let me know.
I have paid the full amount for the month of Sep-**** for Rs: ***/-, From *th Sep I had not effectively used the connection as well, Even after disconnection from **nd Sep I have *** in my account, that too I cannot able to claim.
I have raise the request to claim pending amount for Rs: *** (SR**************) on **th Nov, ticket was closed on **th Nov without any information's.
Today I had a call with Act customer support they are saying that It cannot be refunded, please reconnect again.
Is that the right way to do so, after these many struggle do you want me to connect again to get the amount?
I have raised again a New request today (**th Dec-****) SR**************, Please help me to get my unused amount in my account.
