Act Fibernet Corp - Internet service not provided

I'm a resident in Madurai and I have been using ACT Fibernet broadband connection since March ****; I am in the process of relocating my house then I have asked ACT team to check if i can get a broadband connection at my new location - Their team verified and convinced me to pay a *months plan amount and then it's been more than a week - no service has been provided; I have been calling their support team on a daily basis and they used to tell like, your request will be closed by today... Same response - days passed but no internet service has been provided. I have been forced to raise to disconnection request to get a refund amount; This is very very poor service from ACT Fibernet;
