Hemchandra Phirke filed complaint against Homelane Interiors on Jun 29, 2025
I initially discussed potential deals, quotes, and services with Homelane's Pune outlet and paid a booking amount. However, I changed my mind and requested a cancellation within * hours of the booking.
According to Homelane's cancellation policy, a ***% refund is applicable if the cancellation request is made within ** hours, provided that no site measurement or final design has occurred. The designs shared were solely for the purpose of generating a potential quote, not a finalized version.
A WhatsApp group was created where Homelane shared the payment receipt for the booking amount and a quotation document that included the cancellation policy.
Despite my repeated requests to cancel the potential order, Homelane has not initiated the refund. Instead, I've been receiving persistent calls pressuring me to utilize their services up to the booking amount. Even though their customer service acknowledged that cancellations within ** hours are valid, they continue to refuse to promptly acknowledge and process my cancellation request.
