Himani filed complaint against Google Pay on Apr 15, 2020
On ** August I paid *** rs to oyo via Google pay. Due to some reason I couldn't stay and oyo provided me a full refund and when money didn't get credited in my account, I contacted oyo and they had sent me every single information with refund id, then I contacted Google pay customer care, they told me that it is not a wallet app so u need to contact your bank regarding this. When I contacted my bank they told me no money is stuck from our side talk to Google pay regarding this as we are responsible for refund related issues like net banking, debit card and do on.
And then what happened I am facing multiple refund issues for those transactions only which I have done through Google pay.
I contacted Google pay again but they didn't help me.
