Travolok - Refund related

As my ticket got cancelled on April **st **** due to fare expiration and still I haven’t received any refund for the same. I called the support team and getting the standard answer saying it will get refund on next Monday. I am not sure which Monday it is.

Booked ticket from Travolok on ** Feb and they immediately cancelled it. Haven't recieved the refund till now. Customer care will not let me talk to the manager and keeps giving scripted replies
