Travolok - Non refundable of rs 9736 by travolook for flight booking and cancelled the flight by themSelves

I booked flight through Travolook on ** this june **** for dt **/**/**** for pune to bangalore by gair and they cancelled it. My amount got deducted but it never got credited.
They have asked to wait for ** to ** working days and it is almost ** days are over ,when i searched online whether it's a fraud or not, i saw so many reviews that they don't refund money for *-* months and keep on saying to wait.
This is my hard earned money and i can't let it go like this. Please can you help in getting my money back to me
