We (presto info solutions Pvt Ltd)had booked Go Air flight on **st of Oct **** and on *st of Nov **** we had received one cancellation message from Airline the they kept our money stating that we are keeping your money in safe custody for * year. We can use it in another ticket with Go Air. However we have not received any refund and unable to use that amount in new booking. Flight no G*-*** -PNR - P*BLGC.
We had locked the ** complaint but no revert till date. We have got the ** SR number but no resolution till date. I had sent my guy to IGI Go Air office, they diverted us to MMT and MMT is not responding.
