NAVNEET SARAF filed complaint against Go Air Airlines on Mar 6, 2022
My PNR is LE*QVK. My flight got cancelled and I received no mail, message or call. Today randomly I was checking the flight status and it showed cancelled to me.
*. How can you cancel the flight without informing. You expect someone to reach the airport and then come to know the flight is cancelled.
*. The available options are not suitable for me. There is just * direct flight on the same day which is ** hours earlier to my flight. If I take the next day's flight, where do I stay on **th.
Spoke to the customer care and got no resolution. Escalated the same for a resolution and quick response but no response yet.
My travel date is **th March so please reply at your earliest. Also please let me know why wasn't I informed about the flight cancellations.
