Urbanic com - Refund related complaint they didn t return my money

My first product got cancelled because i wrote wrong number and when I corrected my number the i requested for return after sooo many plead the took their product and it is my * day and I didn't get my money back in my bank ...this is soooo ridicule ..I didn't expect this from urbanic it's tooo lazy ....if my money will not come I will file and FIR when I said to them about my refund they said the bank form will come within ** hours and abhi unke ** hours bhi nahi hueee aur aaj * din hai .....I really really hate urbanic just want my money bank send the bank form on my WhatsApp number **********
