I returned a dress from urbanic on ** Feb **** and today it is * March **** , still my refund is under process. I can't even contact to urbanic through the numbers they provided on their site as it says out of network nor I can chat with them as they say their service persons are busy. Please help me with this. Either return my item or do refund
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
