I purchased iphone ** ***GB from Flipkart on **th December **** which is *****/-rupees. I received a wrong product which is mobile phone cover I request replacement for the product they approved my request and delivered replacement product but when I open the box same thing happen I received mobile phone cover. I tell executive’s all the details and raise refund request but they reject my request multiple time’s and also blocked my account just * day before when my request period is over without any reason and resolution they mark my issue resolved . I’ve complained about all this multiple time but from Flipkart side there is no response and reason for this issue. I registered complain on national consumer helpline but Flipkart is not responding to the complaint. I pay for this order through credit card and I got a penalty of ****/- rupees on *th January **** and on **th January **** I got another penalty of rupees ****/- rupees. They just give dates and blocked my account this is mental torture for me what should I say to my family. Because every time they support sellers but costumer is not a first priority they treated costumes like they are nothing putting call on hold for hours and not connecting call to senior send message we’re trying to reach you but no call or email receive.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
