Uchit Singhal filed complaint against Flipkart on Dec 8, 2021
I am a flipkart buyer since long (Uchit Singhal and my registered mobile number is **********) and have ordered multiple products in the past incl costly mobile phones but it has never been a bad shopping experience from flipkart. But this time when I ordered my JBL soundbar with subwoofer with the Order ID as mentioned above (OD******************), my experience has been pathetic. I was delieved the product by a delievery boy Sumit Kumar on this sunday */**. Upon seeing the delievery boy carrying the box so easily I asked him how is it so light but he commented its like this only and the person took money and wemt away. Very excitedly I opened my package (there was no outside packaging of flipkart), but to my surprise there was no soundbar in it. I called the delievery agent immediately (Call record attached) but he told he can do nothing and asked to file an online complaint. I did so in that very hour and have been doing so since then. I have explained my case to multiple call center executives who keep on calling me on flipkart behalf but all my return cases (screenshot attached) have been rejected by flipkart saying product was delievered intact. All cases were closed within *-* hrs of filing my return case of item missing without even making proper enquiry and taking me in the loop. I have been going thru great mental agony and distress since past * days as I have lost my money and got nothing. It is a humble request from me to flipkart to either give me my missing soundbar or take away woofer as well.
