Flipkart - Refund Rejected

After * weeks, technician visited happened on **th February and he found that my phone has issues which can not be fixed.So he assured me that he will update it .I was happy and shared the happy code with him.But after ** minutes, I received the message saying my return will be cancelled.even after finding my product has issue, they cancelled my return.The previous tech visits didnt happened because of unknown reasons from their end and that delayed the entire return process.They rejected my genuine return request just because that technician gave a wrong update.I have contacted customer care.They told me to take phone to brand which is **km from my place.Since my issue is genuine, why I need to do that?
