I have raised return request for two Kurtis out of four which I have ordered through mail as they don't have any medium on their site to raise return request. I have clearly mentioned the name of the kurtis(as mentioned on order details) which I want to return on the mail. Then received a mail from their side asking for reason of return and I replied the reason to them. Then I received mail that delivery guy will come and pick. And I returned the kurtis as I mentioned on my mail to the delivery guy. But after that I received the refund of **** and *** irrespective of **** and ****. When I approached to Aurelia regarding this then they are denying to their fault. If they have wrongly arranged return request then that is not my fault because I have returned the kurtis as I mentioned on mail and which I want to return. They refunded the money for the kurti which is with me right now. They are clearly cheating.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
