On the *th of June ****, I returned a product to Tcns aurelia which was not fitting me properly. Its been * month now and I have not received any refund so far in my account. Every *-* days I call customer care every time they say the same thing that they have initiated my money and they ask me to wait for more *-* days then again I call them and again they lie to me about the initiation of the amount. The bank is saying that no such refund recieved in my account till now no intimations from tcns. God knows what these people will gain for their business from duping me. My order id is **********
