Purchased the product during sale product got delivered on **th Oct and I have returned the product on same day, but they have put my refund saying product is damaged, tag missing or used, how can someone use the product in * or *hrs I received the product without any tags, I wanted to exchange with bigger size but they didn't give my that option they asked me to place new order with increased price but still I went and placed the order now they have put my refund on hold how fair is this they are into cheating business now
