Flipkart - Refund pickup delay without information

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Flipkart. Both were delivered and when opened, I realized both were duplicates. I placed a return order on **th and the packages were to be picked up on **th and **st, but till date nothing has been done. I contacted customer care on **th (the date shown on the app) and asked the status, and they said wait till **rd. Everyday I receive calls from Flipkart customer service with apologies, but no action. The app also has not been updated as well as the email detailing the events has not been sent. To top this, I was supposed to receive refund of **** rupees * days after pickup, but that is being delayed because pickup has not happened. I have asked the customer service people to escalate, and atleast refund me, but there is no action from their end. Everyday different people call at odd hours with apologies, and I receive messages from Flipkart saying return was attempted without actual attempts. I have started picking up spam calls also thinking it is Flipkart. Very poor service. Never buying from Flipkart again.
