Xiomi India - Refund pending with Mi com

I had booked a xiomi phone k** pro thru Mi.com vide order ID: ****************
One old phone was to be exchanged but that was rejected by ekart logistics guy stating some non existent dent.I was not at home when he came.
Now the phone has been not delivered and refund is pending.They have no status of anything since last * days.They only say that they will update.I am exasperated with the response.
