Pizza Hut - Refund Pending Since August 2025 Order Cancellation

I am extremely disappointed with the way my order and refund request has been handled.

On **th August ****, I placed an order online through your system. Although I had selected the Wakad Pune store, the system wrongly picked up an address from Mumbai CST. After about half an hour, the store realized the mismatch and cancelled my order. At that time, I was assured that my refund would be processed within * working days.

However, it has now been over a month, and despite multiple follow-ups, no refund has been initiated. Every time I contacted customer care, I was redirected to the respective store. I was even provided with the contact number of the concerned store person (+** **********), who also assured me that the refund would be processed soon. But till date, nothing has happened.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I trusted your brand for timely service and fair treatment, but my experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

I request you to process my refund immediately without any further delay and also share an official confirmation with me. If this is not resolved at the earliest, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.
