I have booked my Ahmedabad to Mumbai flight ticket for **th July from travolook, money got deducted but ticket did not issued. On asking at travolook customer care, they said due to technical issues we couldn't book your flight ticket and refund will be processed withing * working days. I have donebenough follow up through phone calls and mails but result is still pending.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
