I booked my flight from MMT portal for multicity visits in ****. I was informed at the vary last minute that my flight from goair is cancelled and accordingly i initiated a refund process on ** Jun **** and further checked the progress on **th July ****. However I am yet to get any resolution from the portal and as per the information available at airline only make my trip can assist with my refund.Since I am not getting any response from them after multiple escalation, i would like to officially file a consumer complaint against both make my trip and go air .
I need my refund with additional expenses i had to bear for visiting go air premises on airport.
Since the intimation came just few hrs from my actual boarding, hence i had to resort for new booking via another airline which costed my a heft amount, which was almost double the actual amount and i narrowly missed attending the event.
It was a pretty bad experience with both the airline and portal.
Hence i need minimum refund of * lakh per annum and an apology for the delay caused by both these companies
