I purchased iPhone ** from Aptronix online. It was informed that the phone will be delivered next day but the phone was not received.
After many back and forth via call and email, I asked them to cancel the order and initiate the order. They informed that the order will be cancelled and the amount will refunded but nothing has been done so far. They have worst support ever and don't address the concerns of the customer. Need help on this as huge amount is involved.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
