Aptronix - No communication from Aptronix even after couple of emails

A totally unreliable company to order from. When placing the order I faced transaction problem and after much hardship I got in touch with a person named Naresh from aptronix. The next day, I got the order number stating that the shipment will be shipped within * days.And after * days I wrote an email inquiring about my order.. total silence!! I shot off another email .. yet nothing !! Finally I chose to cancel it!! (I do not know when I'll get my refund, or will I even get the refund?) I do understand that in these trying times it is difficult logistically but given the current situation aptronix shouldn't have received orders they cannot fulfill. That way UNICORN the reliable Apple vendors are much better, reliable and trustworthy.
