Redrail App - Refund pending for cancelled ticket

I have cancelled more than ** tickets and I have not received refund amount. It's shows refund initiated for more than * months.

Redrail App – Refund not received Open
Ticket booked on *th July **** which got failed...and money deducted from the bank account but refund is still not received. Payment was done through Phone pe UPI nd it is showing that payment is successfully done.....
