I have been paid **** amount on redrail to book my train ticket Varanasi jn to mathura jn pnr ********** and cancel my ticket on ** sept I didn't get my refund amount Today se ** September and company says it's from bank fault and bank says get it from redrail. The refunding amount is **** please help me out

Redrail App – Refund not received Open
Ticket booked on *th July **** which got failed...and money deducted from the bank account but refund is still not received. Payment was done through Phone pe UPI nd it is showing that payment is successfully done.....
