Happy Easy Go - Refund pending

I had booked two air tickets in April through the above mentioned travel agency app. Due to the pandemic the tickets got cancelled. Now all the airlines have refunded the money. But the agency haven’t refunded my money. When I talk to them, they keep me waiting everytime. It’s been a month I cancelled my tickets. Please resolve this. They are doing fraud. My details are given below.
