Dear Goibibo Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my concern regarding a refund that is still pending from your end. As per the confirmation received from the airline, the refund amount has already been successfully credited to the agency account. However, there has been no update or communication from Goibibo regarding the same.
Additionally, the refund status link that was shared with me via WhatsApp is not working, which further adds to the inconvenience.
I would also like to highlight the extremely disappointing customer support experience. Your support system appears to be limited to IVR, with no option to connect with a human representative. This has made it very difficult to get any clarity or resolution on the issue.
Please note that I have already raised a ticket with Goibibo regarding this matter. For your reference, I have attached:

I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and provide an update on the refund status at the earliest.
