I had a confirmed booking at Hotel Meghmalhar for ** January **** to ** January ****. However, when I reached the hotel on ** January I was informed by your staff that the room was already sold out and no accommodation was available for me.
Process a full refund of the booking amount without any deduction, as the failure to provide the room was not from my side.
