I placed a prepaid order which was cancelled by the restaurant. But I didn't receive the refund till now.
It's been a month.I am not even able to raise the issue now. Everytime I did in the past,the lady just called and said there's some technical issue. And then immediately I received the message of issue resolved.
Domino's offers pathetic customer service for sure. The employees don't even try helping the customers and just try to mark the issue resolved without doing anything.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
