Dear One Plus and all the customer and people,
One plus is worst company in the world and in the india,there customer support,dealer,service center people are illiterate and do not respond to customer,they have cheated with me for ***** by giving duplicate one plus nord ce *g mobile phone and giving me thread for non giving money for the same at any cost.
I will request all of you not to buy any product from one plus and if you are lawyer or crime branch officer please let me know and join me for mission of acting against fraud and scam by one plus.
First of all one plus has give me duplicate mobile phone by saying it is new one and after only * days i was in trouble regarding perfomace and battery issue and other issue while operating it.
I tried to follow up customer support and dealer,service center and put my query but no one were there to help me in any manner.
Any how by requesting i have sumitte my one plus CE *G handset at nearest service centre having
address One Plus ESC-Thane office no *** *st flr Orion Business Park Next to Cine Wonder Mall, Kapurbawdi, Ghodbunder Road, Thane(West) ******
on dated * Aug **
vide reference no. HDS*HZOLZ*RF
and was been committed that the issue will be resolved in next * to * days instead of replacing it or refunding my money back saying will not replace it or give you refund at any cost, i was in bad situation so thought that if they can do something that would be better rather than losing of ***** rupees
But strange was service center number ********** was invalid and was not available etc and customer support was also not aware on any update from them saying we can do in this matter, status is showing work is progress but it is very shame that after ** ** days also i did not get any response from any one on my given number **********.
Had tried multiple times on the same number given by service center at the time of submission. However, have called up to customer care number wherein spoken with CC executive but he was not aware of anything was totally blanked and could not been able to provide the proper information even he was not knowing anything and was keep on saying to contact service centre and service center is around ** to **KM away from my residence and i'm also having my work as well hence not possible to visit at service centre repeatedly.
Founder of one plus mr pete lau and director vikas agarwal both are fraud people i can say,i had already sent mail to them but i did not get any response so acting against one plus is important to teach them a lesson.
I had purchased One Plus CE *G on ** Jul ** and within * days only if i'm getting a problem with newly purchased mobile then what kind of service one plus is giving against such a good competitor like samsung, vivo, oppo etc is very pathetic and since last ** days i'm not getting any resolution on my issue persisting with my handset.(replacement or refund)
So finally i have forwarded concern to consumer court,fraud and scam department new delhi prime minister office and waiting for their response.
will not be going to recommend any one for purchasing of One plus Handset as well
Moreover, if my will not get refund for the same then will got to one to my legal advisor and bring them into the court for the same
