On **th Feb ****, I booked air ticket for my son Abhimanyu Gupta in Hyderabad to Kochi sector through www.travolook.in site and paid Rs. ****/- Booking Reference REF*********. Immediately I was informed that due to fare expiration my booking was cancelled and the amount will be refunded shortly to my credit card account. But till date, the same has not been refunded. On complaint at support@travolook.in I got auto response that refund will be processed within ** working days.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
