My Ticket was cancelled on *st February by Make my trip and I was sent a mail mentioning that since it is an Infant ticket they will not Deduct the Charges and Full amount of Rupees **** will be refunded to me. But they have refunded me Just Rs. ****. Even after writing so many mails they have not refunded the Entire Amount. Infact they have deducted the Cashback of Rupees **** from that amount which they should not have deducted because there are three other Adults also. But then also I did not said anything to them. Below is the details of Payment done
Total Amount to be Refunded : Rupees ****
Deducted the Cash Back amount of Rupees **** . After that the total Refund should be ****
What was refunded from Make My trip is as Below:
*st Feb : *** ( Transferred to my ICICI card )
*nd Feb : **** ( In wallet ) which I have never denied and I had mentioned also in my previous Mail.
This comes to a Total Refund of Rupees ****
Now the balance is **** – **** = ****
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
