Housing.com - Refund ofnot received from Housing com False status updates no UTR and unnecessary delay

I made a payment of ₹**,*** to Housing.com via credit card for a service that was later canceled. They acknowledged the refund request and assigned Reference ID: *******, and mentioned internal Transaction ID: ************.

Initially, I was told to wait *–** working days. Despite patiently waiting, the refund was never processed, and till now, no UTR or actual transaction confirmation has been shared.

In their email (screenshot attached), they admitted that the refund is still "awaiting confirmation" from their payment gateway — which means the refund has not even been initiated, despite weeks of delay. Instead of resolving the issue, they offered me a ₹*** wallet coupon as a goodwill gesture — which I clearly declined, as my concern is about the full refund amount.

This delay is unacceptable, and their refund status is misleading. I am mentally and financially stressed, and I demand immediate refund of the full amount ₹**,*** with proper UTR/reference proof.

Requesting Voxya’s help to resolve this matter and take appropriate action.
