I purchased a Tumbledry package worth ₹*,*** and used only a very small portion of the services. My account still shows an unused balance of ₹*,***.
On *nd December ****, I raised a refund request to Tumbledry’s customer support team. Even after multiple follow-up emails, I have not received any response or acknowledgement from them.
This complete lack of communication is unprofessional and has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I am simply requesting the refund of my unused balance, which the company is not processing or even responding to.
I am filing this complaint to seek assistance in getting my rightful refund of ₹*,*** from Tumbledry at the earliest.
