I had booked a pick up for dry cleaning on **th November and gave ** clothes for dry cleaning. The same was counted and verified by the pick up guy. After counting the clothes he gave me a receipt mentioning ** clothes on it. But to my utter shock and surprise on ** st November he delivered me only * clothes saying that he does not know about the **th article which was an expensive cotton silk blouse . After repeated followups on my part from the pick up guy, I called the customer executive on **th November **** raising the same issue but till date company has not informed/ updated or even solved my complaint. This is highly unethical and unprofessional on their part that the company has not taken any accountability till date regarding My missing article. This was my first booking with tumbledry and I never expected that I would be going through so much hassles for my missing article.
