Cleartrip com - Refund of Ticket Not Received

I have book Air Ticket Hyderabad - Jeddah-Hyderabad from Cleartrip.com for my Father in Law and mother In law amounted to SAR *,*** from Air India, but due to Covid** the Airline cancel the flight and IATA advise to the airline to refund the full amount to the passenger , but * days before received email from cleartrip that my refund amount is zero and full fare of my ticket is charged as Airline Charges .
I need my refund as the Airline cancel the flight.
