I have been asking Yatra to refund the cancelled ticket refund they said they will do in * month like that * months passed. Then they said we cant refund we need to use the tickets next year. then they said the airline is not refunding. they are not paying me my money the money belongs to * other members who were going to sit in a flight for the first time (my uncles and aunts) all senior citizens. now they are afraid they can't travel due to age later and being farmers they want to the money they spent on the tickets. I am writing to Yatra from Apr ****. They are troubling me. Can I file a lawsuit?
