I Booked a ticket on travolook on ** June **** for that I have not received the refund till now Refrence Number for Refund : Ref********* I got a mail from travolook that within **-** working days I will get the refund post completion of that period I called them again they said refund is failed due some reason and they did not tell me the and again said it will take another **-** working day that period is also over and I have not yet received the refund amout also the customer care is always busy if you try hundreds of times then out those hundreds of call is you are luck they will pick the call and speak to you I want my refund back of else I ll send a legal notice
