My name is Ashish Choudhary I booked flight tickets from travolook (**st June ****). After booking the flight, money was deducted from my account and I received a mail that your booking will be Booking Cancelled
Reference No. : REF*********
in ** to ** minutes, I got a call from Trav look and says, a flight rate increase can you proceed I told them no. so the customer executer told me your amount will be credited within * days, I call lots of time but executer told me we need to more ** days, continually is happened when I call over there. Right now it's approx more than * months but my amount has not been credited. now I am complaining to consumer forums.
