Travelgenio - Refund of Ticket

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to you with regard to my refund ticket money. I was supposed to board my British Airways flight BA*** and BA*** from Bengaluru- London and London to Baltimore, DC respectively. But the counter staff refused to check me in. My old passport was damaged and I had my new passport, I am yet to get a reply from travel genio. I Request you to please assist me
