Unacademy - Refund of subscription amount

I purchased a subscription of unacademy on *rd June. After **-** days I found the teachers not teaching up to the mark + ,the physical books I received was tore,mentor not interacting with me. So I mailed unacademy team about this,the mentor told me that new batch is starting from *july with new teachers. So I waited till *st july. In the *st july batch,few subjects was not started from the start they have merged all the batches starting from the first.they have already taught *-* chapters and they wanted me to cover those **-** lectures (backlogs). I was really worried about this as I was not satisfied so I mailed them again and they responded that they will resolve my problem within weekend but there wasn't any reply. I am really worried being a student.I tried to reach out to them on their number but got no reply of my problem
