unacademy - Fraud Scam By sorting hat aka unacademy Paid for service which I didn t get Paid for Physical notes

Scammed, defrauded. Invoice No: UA/******* Transaction ID: GC**S*IPP*R*N* Notes not yet dispatched. Order placed on **th of March, I've paid for the physical notes & they have not yet been dispatched. Unacademy definitely scammed me out of my money. You're telling me to use digital notes. Then for what purpose did I pay for physical notes? Do you realise the seriousness of this? I paid for a service that I didn't get. This is theft & scam in legal terms.Clearly I was scammed by you people.
